Design/build is a huge benefit to the customers of Ark Remodeling and Construction because you will no longer recieve "guesstimates". Before we ever write the estimate we draw any rendering of the job, pick out all colors and finish materials (cabinets, countertops, hardware, fixtures etc...) and present everything to you in YOUR HOME. You no longer have to spend your weekends trying to sort through the thousands of options and prices. Then when you do receive your custom estimate, you know exactly what you have picked will cost. The biggest benefit is now there is no worry about change work orders due to selections being over our allowances!
We offer RTA custom grade (in stock) kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. They are flat boxed when they're shipped and we can send them anywhere.
